Mr. Hamdy El-Sayed
Mr. El-Sayed is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), Certified Business Manager (CBM), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) with an MBA from the University of Wales, UK.
Mr. Hamdy El-Sayed has more than 30 years of experience working for multinational organizations and mega institutions. This includes working for leading multi-billion regional financial institutions such as Gulf Investment Corporation; a leading investment institution established by the Gulf Cooperation Council. He worked as Chief Internal Auditor and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. ElSayed was also the Chief Financial Officer of Al-Ahly Capital Holding, the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt, He participated in establishing its finance function, internal audit function, and compliance as well.
Currently, Mr. Hamdy is a Board of Directors Member and Head of the Audit & Corporate Governance Committee of Arabia Investments Holding, a Member of its Risk Management Committee and Member of the Kahromika Audit Committee, and Ex- Board of Directors Member and Head of Audit Committee of International Animal Wealth Company (One of National Bank of Egypt’s subsidiaries).
Mr. El-Sayed also worked for Ernst & Young International, one of the worldwide Big Four Accounting and Consulting firms. He joined their offices in Canada, Saudi, and Egypt, drafted the strategic planning of the firm’s Middle East offices, conducted many training courses for the business community, reviewed the accounting standards for Islamic banks, and participated in many consulting assignments in the region across many sectors.
Mr. EL-Sayed worked for GlaxoSmithKline, the second largest pharmaceutical company in the world. During his working period, he established the risk management function and handled the SOX reporting for the parent company in the UK, and the Bank of Alexandria a leading retail bank. Mr. El-Sayed managed and developed many training courses for the business community inside and outside Egypt, and carried out audit and consulting services to many mega entities including Al Rajhi Bank, the largest Islamic bank in the world, Coca-Cola, Saudi Monetary Agency, Saudi Cairo Bank, Riyadh Bank, Saudi Dutch Bank, Union Carbide, American Insurance Co, Elothem Jewelers manufacturing company, Almaghrbi optics, the Danish multinational Lunbeck, and many more.
Mr. Hamdy El-Sayed carried out assets protection assignments for Riyadh Bank, he carried out many audit and consulting assignments for various Islamic financial institutions such as Al-Rajhi Mudaraba Fund, Alrajhi Currency Fund, Al-Rajhi Employees Fund, and others.
Mr. Hamdy El-Sayed worked on the re-engineering of the finance function in several multinational companies in Africa, the Middle East, and Canada. He established the risk-management process and supervised the implementation of SOX regulations in major multinational companies.
Mr. Ahmed Hussein
Mr. Ahmed Hussein is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), and Accredited SMEs Consultant (ASMEC). Mr. Ahmed Hussein has more than 25 years of professional experience in financial consulting and training.
Mr. Hussein conducted professional consulting assignments in Egypt, Bahrain, France, Canada, USA, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Nigeria, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Mr. Hussein was in charge of outsourced internal audit services with EY, among the world-wide top 4 consulting firms, and has served as field internal control manager of the US leading international development company; Chemonics International where he conducted internal audits of tens of affiliated development projects in Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ukraine. He has also worked for the American consulting company AECOM, and the Central Auditing Organization in Egypt.
Mr. Hussein is a certified trainer by the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) and was a trainer in finance with USAID-funded projects CMD, EFS, and ECP. Mr. Hussein is also a trainer with the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA).
Mr. Hussein is experienced in the development and implementation of Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA) Plans, and in developing Risk-Based Compliance Policies and Procedures. He has successfully steered several highly successful securitization cases.
Mr. Hussein has developed and delivered training in securitization, cost accounting, internal auditing principles and standards, risk-based internal audit and internal control, Egyptian Accounting standards, Certified Compliance Officer, Corporate Compliance, and Financial Leasing. Clients include: CIB, HSBC, Barclays, Banque Misr, ABC, NSGB, QNB, NBE, NBG, Mashreq Bank Corplease, Olympic Group, MCV, MCSR, EIPF, and many others.
Dr. Nihal El-Behery
Dr. Nihal ElBehery brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of international education, training, private sector development, international business, and economic development. She has a rich diversified work experience, having served different national, regional, and international institutions. She began her career working as a macro-economist at the National Investment Bank, a quasi-government investment bank, where she worked on classified files including Egypt’s National Plans, debt-equity swaps, privatization program, private sector development and economic reform programs (known as Structural Adjustment Programs) with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
Dr. Nihal ElBehery co-managed close to 8 years the Private Sector Development Program at the Danish International Development Assistance (DANIDA) where she helped create many joint ventures, production agreements, license agreements, and export agreements between hundreds of Egyptian SMEs and Danish companies. These partnerships were accompanied by the transfer of know-how, organizational reform, capacity building, training, and upgrading of the Egyptian firms which led to more export and employment opportunities for the economy of Egypt.
Dr. ElBehery capitalized on this rich experience by working closely with different donors and development agencies in Egypt and overseas on many issues such as SMEs and economic development, sector analysis, regional economic integration, and others. Dr. Nihal ElBehery worked as a Senior Education Advisor at the American University in Kuwait (AUK) as well as its lecturer of the prestigious Cambridge International Business Diploma by the renowned University of Cambridge.
In addition to her current role as an international business consultant with major international and national institutions, Dr. Nihal ElBehery is the Partner in charge of International Cooperation, Training, and SME support at Developers for Training and Consultancy where she serves major organizations in the different sectors including HSBC, CIB, Barclays, EFG-Hermes, OTIS, Macdonald’s, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Pfizer, British Gas, GlaxoSmithKline, Gulf Investment Corporation, Abraj Capital, Kuwait Finance House, Qatari Ministry of Finance and Economy, Social Fund for Development, USAID, GIZ and many others in Egypt and the region.

Dr. Nihal ElBehery graduated with honors from the American University in Cairo, had her Master’s degree from the reputable London School of Economics, UK, and her Doctorate in Business Administration from L’Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées. Dr. ElBehery is an Accredited SME Consultant from the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, USA. In addition, she attended and organized international training programs in business, management, entrepreneurship, private sector development, and economic development in several countries including Egypt, the UK, Germany, Denmark, Jordan, and Kuwait.
Mr. Kamal Rupani
With over four decades of exceptional experience across a broad spectrum of industries, Mr. Kamal Rupani is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in sales, retail, marketing, imports and exports, project management, consultancy, banking, finance, and financial services. Throughout his career, Kamal has consistently demonstrated his leadership and strategic prowess in driving business growth, establishing robust networks, and executing complex corporate assignments.
Mr. Rupani’s career began with Time & Service before he joined the prestigious Glen's Hong Kong Group in 1986, where he held senior roles across various departments, including international sales and marketing. His profound expertise and strong industry connections have allowed him to excel in international business, leveraging his extensive network across Indian corporations and establishing successful ventures in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Mohamed Eweiss
Mr. Eweiss is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), and a Fellow Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA). Mr. Eweiss is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado, USA.
Mr. Eweiss joined top International Consulting firms such as Price Waterhouse (PWC), Ernst & Young (EY), and Arthur Andersen (AA), where he practiced public accountancy in Egypt and across the Middle East region specializing in the area of Privatization and Corporate Finance and developed his lecturing experience, and later became an Advisor to the Government of Egypt.
Mr. Eweiss led some remarkable privatization/Valuation experiences in Egypt and the Region. In Egypt, as a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen, he managed the valuation of 87 Assets for the Government of Egypt in the Tourism and Real Estate sector. He later took his experience to the next level by assuming the position of Advisor to the Minister of Investment on Asset Management where he managed the privatization of Alex Bank and Telecom Egypt, and this is where he also gained a unique experience on the first Securitization Transaction in Egypt. In the Region, he participated in the Privatization of the Energy Sector in Yemen and later on the Privatization and valuation of 43 companies owned by the Palestinian Authority (PA), where he also developed a unique variety of experiences in the field of Project Finance as part of his role as a Privatization and Business advisor.
Mr. Eweiss was a Board Member of Egypt Post (ENPO), where he led the investment Committee to manage the Investment Portfolio of ENPO in the Telecom sector. As a result of his extensive experience in the Telecom sector, he assumed the position of Economic Advisor to the Telecom Regulator (NTRA) Executive Director, and he was also selected by the International Telecom Union (ITU) as a part-time instructor to lecture to the Arab Group on the Calculation of various Telecom Costs.
Mr. Eweiss’s lecturing experience is well diversified, he taught various non-academic courses with the AUC for 12 years primarily the CPA in addition to other courses in the areas of Finance, Investments, Accounting, and Auditing.
Mr. Magdy Hassan
Mr. Magdy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – AICPA, U.S.A. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting major, Ain Shams University, Egypt.
Mr. Magdy is a world-class CFO and finance leader and has been awarded the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the American Institute of CPAs and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. The CGMA designation recognizes professionals who have deep understanding of finance and have expanded their business skills through experience as management accountants to help drive better business decisions.
Mr. Magdy has 30 years of rich diversified work experience in multinational companies. Mr. Magdy was the Chairman and Managing Director of Otis Egypt. His main accountability was to set the vision and mission of the company in compliance with the company’s global values and develop its strategy, in addition to setting a business plan to implement the agreed strategy.
Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of Otis Egypt and the Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company in Egypt, where he was responsible for all the financial reports presented to the Regional Chief Financial Officer and to ensure that all business operations comply with Company policies and all relevant local and U.S. laws. In his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company, Mr. Magdy has implemented a major restructuring project to improve the business performance and to enhance the financial results. As a result of his outstanding performance, Mr. Magdy has been awarded The Leadership Award from the Head office in USA, 2003.
Mr. Magdy has intensive experience in Training and Development. He has been lecturing the preparation course of the CPA, international certificate and also developing professional training courses in collaboration with the Kuwait Foundation for the advancement of Sciences, Kuwait.
Mr. Magdy was delivering training courses in the field of finance, strategy, total quality management, leadership and change management.
Mr. Magdy is currently a partner with Developers for Training and Consultancy and he is engaged in many international training and consultancy assignments in Egypt, UK, USA, Gulf region, and Lebanon.
Eng. Hazem Soliman
Eng. Hazem Awad is a graduate of the American University in Cairo, in 1994 majoring in construction engineering and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2002. With over 20 years in project management and contract management. He got involved in managing a wide range of projects including telecom, power plants, construction…etc. During his professional career, he worked with 3 of the most world-renowned multinational firms; Bechtel international, Lucent Technologies, and Vodafone Egypt where he acquired the world’s best practices in project management-related issues.
During his long and rich career, Eng. Hazem’s responsibilities evolved substantially from managing daily deliverables and simple work packages to highly complex assignments that would involve multiple work streams with diversified technical leads.
Eng. Awad acquired rich and unique experience in adopting complete project management solutions for small, medium, and also large companies, which include a variety of perspectives, such as contract management, change management, risk management (contingency planning), design, supervision, training, and business development.

Eng. Hazem is currently providing technical training and consultancy services for Adnoc Offshore in Abu-Dhabi for contract administration for 3 years in establishing rigorous Contract and PM methodologies in project planning also execution, which would include the establishment of the project management office, project application platforms and reporting standards and templates.
Eng. Awad is a certified trainer of PMP courses at the American University in Cairo as well as the AMIDEAST-Egypt. He is also a certified Scrum Master, bringing expertise in agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and optimize project management processes. Mr. Ahmed Ragab
Mr. Ragab is a highly experienced professional with strong audit, risk management and IFRS for more than 18 years. Mr. Ragab is accredited in IFRS from the Institute of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant in England (ACCA). He is a member of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors (ESAA) and is a Chartered Accountant from Canada. He has completed many international certificates which include the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA and the MBA–Edinburgh Business School from the UK. Mr. Ragab has managed to successfully apply his rich theoretical background through his long years of professional experience. Mr. Ragab has been working as the Head of Management Assurance and Special Assignment in Electrolux- Egypt operations since December 2012. He is handling the risk assessment process and the alignment of Olympic Group with Electrolux structure. He is also responsible for the implementation of the audit plan approved by the Audit Committee.Between 2010 and 2012, he has been acting as a shadow partner with EY- Cairo and managing a portfolio of 50 clients in different industries including Banking, Oil and Gas and Real Estate sectors. Before 2010, Mr. Ragab has been nominated by EY-Toronto to work on a project where he was responsible for bridging the gap between IFRS and Canadian GAAP and authored CICA publication to all academic staff in Canada. He was the Senior Manager in Financial Services Industry (FSI) group in EY Toronto office between 2005 and 2010.
Between 2004 and 2005, Mr. Ragab has been a member of the Financial Services Institutions Group in Abu Dhabi Audit Authority; among his responsibilities was the analysis of financial and operational risks in Abu Dhabi Oil Company for Distribution. Audit Planning was one of his tasks in the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and United National Bank. Mr. Ragab’s responsibilities and tasks included bank regulatory compliance review.
Between 1998 and 2004 he worked with EY-Egypt office as a supervisor. Mr. Ragab is an experienced trainer conducting training workshops in CPA, IFRS and IFRS ACCA Diploma, internal audit, and risk management since 2010 to a diversified portfolio of clients.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Kalyoubi
Dr. Mohammed Al-Kalyoubi has over 24 years of experience including 7 years in GCC countries (KSA) and expertise in consultancy, project management, technical research, financial systems deployment as well as integration of all business/industry processes, costing and industrial process elements tracking, developing IT solutions, contract negotiations, user change management. Dr. Al-Kalyoubi has outstanding experience within diversified working environments like Operation and maintenance, retail, manufacturing, services.Dr. Al-Kalyoubi holds Doctorate of Philosophy, Public Administration from Faculty of economics, and political sciences, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt. He also, holds PhD., in Administration from Ashbourne University, London, United Kingdom with Minor in Finance & Economics. Dr. Al-Kalyoubi grants his Master’s degree in Administration from Arab Academy for Sciences, Technology, and Maritime transportation, Cairo, Egypt, Dissertation on Marketing of Services. Additionally, Dr. Al-Kalyoubi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt.
Dr. Al-Kalyoubi has lead the implementation and development of ERP systems in major projects. Dr. Al-Kalyoubi has developed financial and logistics system of Modern Home for Importing and Trading. He was assigned to unify all finance, logistics, and production activities to be performed using the ERP, as well as standardize the Stock management, sales and manufacturing operation with Al Arafa for Investment & Consultation (Arafa Holding).
Dr. Al-Kalyoubi was a member in member in the restructuring steering committee of Daewoo Motors Egypt. He has Designed and deploy the new consolidation Chart Of Accounts, designed activities standard for all imported and local stock management, commercial and manufacturing operations to be performed using the ERP system. Dr. Al-Kalyoubi has managed the project of Awareness of Basel II accord in Egypt and Arab Academy for Banking Sciences in Amman, Jordan, as well as design and propose the surveillance policy for the Central Bank of Qatar.
